A balance of wins and fails
The staff was friendly and helpful providing quick check-in and good service . Breakfast offered a good variety with excellent options for both hot and cold dishes.
The room's decor was quite dated which took away from the overall ambiance. The shower struggled with inconsistent water pressure which became frustrating, especially during morning routines.

Fully equipped and exceptionally clean hotel; the rooms are a nice size. This property is in a peaceful location, right by the train station & the bus station, historical sites, shopping and parks and railway station and city centre. The venue provides an excellent service. Furthermore, guests can use parking close to hotel.

Dining nearby was a culinary delight! Poke' poke' just down the street is awesome for fresh, vibrant flavors. I also stumbled upon Celtic Pub Treviso, pouring local brews that paired perfectly with late-night snacks. The staff were super accommodating. I loved the room's comfort and cleanliness, and the location was prime for exploring on foot!

The room had a nice feel to it with a decent size, even if the electrical outlet situation was lacking. The hotel maintained a clean atmosphere, a comfortable spot to crash after a long day.
Some exterior work was ongoing , which didn't cause much disruption but wasn't exactly visually pleasing. Breakfast was a letdown. The space felt cramped, and the food selection was disappointing-variety could've used a serious boost. Charging devices was a hassle with only one outlet available, and the wifi was unreliable, disconnecting frequently.

Breakfast, terrace smoking and sitting facilities, room with balcony (even if small, it is ok), very good place for travelling by train.

The hotel was a cozy spot during our two-night stay, with a comfortable Standard Double Room that felt like a welcoming retreat. One of the highlights was the breakfast enjoyed on the terrace, which made for a lovely start to the day. I really appreciated the good parking situation, which made getting around easy, especially since we wandered over to the Civic Museums of Treviso and the beautiful old town nearby. It felt like a nice blend of modern refurbishments with some charming older features.

Good location at centre, including breakfast and the breakfast is not bad, free and nice cappuccino. Free car park.
The short hair female receptionist is absolutely rude and impolite. When I arrival hotel I told her I have a car and need a car park, she said "yes we have car park, drive the car to the car park now", I replied " can I check in first ?" as I want to get my luggage bag from my car first and then go to the park car. She did not reply, not look at me and show her face without any patient ,just go to my car talk to my husband directly, told him drive the car to car park and said she had open the gate already. So...., I have to move my luggage bags from the car park and there are many stairs to arrival to the hotel. I was very unhappy about this and asked her why you dont let me get the luggage bags first but force us to park the car first?. As a receptionist you should let the customer know if there are so many stairs from car park to hotel. She said "you said you need a car park" impolitely. I never saw a receptionist act like this, she is absolutely bad manner. The other staffs are very friendly and nice. Only this lady has some problem.
